Cloud Penz Vaporizer Review
WHAT IS THE CLOUD PENZ VAPORIZER?
CloudPenz make a powerful vaporizer pen for concentrates like waxes and essential oils. This vape pen utilizes a standard non-510 threading and atomizer, similar to the Atmos Thermo W and White Rhino Sleek Vaporizers.
HOW ARE CLOUD PENZ DIFFERENT FROM OTHER PEN VAPES?
CloudPenz are very similar to the original Cloud V pen. You may have heard about the controversy surrounding the construction and naming of these devices. Unfortunately it has resulted in a lot of bad press being spread about the Cloud Penz durability and reliability, when in reality there are many different companies promoting products with embellishments on this particular design. It’s actually closest in design to Grenco Science’s Micro G Pen.
IS THE CLOUD A G PEN IMITATION?
Before you make the leap of assumption to say “this is just a G Pen knock-off,” allow me to detail some of the differences: while all pens of this style are powered by a lithium ion battery, CloudPenz batteries last longer than the Micro G and White Rhino Sleek. Also CloudPenz are not prone to incidents of oil spillover like I have experienced with the Micro G. Some people I talked to have voiced concern about plastic burning in the Cloud but I have never experienced this issue. What I love about the CloudPenz is that there is virtually zero learning curve. All you have to do is load your oil or wax into the atomizer, reattach the mouthpiece, press the button and inhale.
WHAT IS THE CLOUD PEN MADE OF?
Unlike other models that use plastic parts in the construction, the Cloud is made of only metal and ceramic pieces. The concentrates are heated by a titanium coil wound tightly around the wick inside of the brass atomizer. It comes with a very handy skillet tool which makes loading and cleaning your Cloud a breeze.
SHOULD I BUY A CLOUD PENZ VAPORIZER?
Overall the Cloud Penz Vaporizer is a reliable pen vape that produces billowing clouds of vapor, but it’s not really doing anything new. It pretty much follows an existing model and does it very well. It’s more of an improvement on an existing design than a cheap imitation. For the price you’re going to get a lot out of your concentrates and shouldn’t experience any technical concerns unless you don’t clean it very often.
The Verdict | Cloud Penz Vaporizer Review
Overall this is a good value that produces billowing clouds of vapor from your concentrates. Only downside is it doesn’t hold a charge for too long, so
